What's New

v1.1.5 Latest 2026-10-10

🔒 App Lock settings now ask for your PIN before they can be changed (valid for 5 minutes, revoked when you leave the screen)
👥 Safer Duplicate Contacts merge: original contacts are no longer deleted if the data fails to transfer, and the contact-edit permission is only requested when used
♻️ Restoring from Recently Deleted is now free with no ads, and never overwrites an existing file (conflicts are saved as "name (restored)")
🧹 One-Tap Clean results are now honest: space actually freed is shown separately from files moved to Recently Deleted. Duplicates inside WhatsApp, Telegram and other chat-app folders are no longer touched automatically
🔍 Nothing is preselected anymore in App Media Junk and Similar Photos - you choose. Categories other than Status/Shared Media are no longer treated as junk by default
📦 APK Backup for bundle (split) apps now saves the full set as an .apks file. Photo Compressor explains that the original copy is kept in Recently Deleted
📢 Ads and error reporting only start after consent is resolved, the ad banner is spaced away from the bottom menu, and ads no longer appear when you return from a Settings permission page
📱 Android 8–10 support: storage permission can now be granted, Forgot PIN works, and the Battery Optimization button opens the right list
⚡ Lighter, more stable widgets (heavy scanning moved to the background), dialogs survive screen rotation, plus accessibility label and text fixes

v1.1.4 2026-10-02

🔑 Forgot your App Lock PIN? There's now a "Forgot PIN?" button on the lock screen. Verify with your phone's screen lock, then create a new PIN - no more clearing app data or reinstalling
🔔 The notification permission is no longer requested the moment the app first opens. It's now asked after your first successful clean or when you turn on Auto Clean, with an explanation of why
📦 App updates no longer block the whole screen. Regular updates download in the background and you just tap Restart when ready (only important updates remain mandatory)
⚠️ New storage alerts: a notification only appears when space runs low (under 10%) or is predicted to fill within a week, at most once every 3 days. Can be turned off in Settings
📊 The dashboard now shows the total space freed since install, and offers a one-tap storage widget
🗑️ The review prompt can now also appear after successfully restoring a file from Recently Deleted or removing duplicates

v1.1.3 2026-09-26

🗑️ One-Tap Clean now also automatically moves EXACT duplicate files (byte-for-byte identical) to Recently Deleted, not just cache/log junk like before - way more space freed in a single tap. The oldest file in each duplicate group is always kept, and everything can still be restored from Recently Deleted (30 days)
📢 Expanded ad provider: now backed by Google AdMob (with Start.io as one of the mediated partners) for more reliable ad delivery
🐛 Fixed an ad that could occasionally pop up right as you tapped another button on screen
🧹 Various small stability & UI consistency fixes (Battery Info, Storage Analyzer, Root Mode, Duplicate Contacts)
🌐 Fixed some text that wasn't fully translated to English
